Abeda Bhamjee holds a BA LLB and LLM from the University of Witswatersrand. She is an admitted attorney in the High Court.
Abeda has practiced law for over two decades and has also during this period done work as a legal facilitator and trainer. She was a clinical practitioner at the Wits Law Clinic and taught various other legal subjects, including alternative dispute resolution skills, at the Wits Law School. She has been a professional legal consultant for the last 10 years and her work and training has focused on enhancing human rights in the SADC region.

Clare Fincham is the marketing administrator for Axis HR Consulting in South Africa.
Clare has been involved in Association management and sales and marketing for 34 years. She was the chair of the Early Start Association in Zimbabwe, has worked for Round Table, consulted to associations on their marketing and event needs, run numerous conferences, and worked with SAPICS - the Association for Operations Management. Clare worked for the SA Society for Labour Law as its Gauteng chapter administrator and in the last 3 years as its General Manager.
Clare lives in Johannesburg and enjoys travelling in Africa, walking, cycling, tennis, reading, gardening, playing the clarinet and entertaining.

After graduating with a BA LLB degree in 1985 and following two years of articles with Wright Rose- Innes Inc. at its then Kempton Park and Germiston offices in 1988 and 1989, admission for the role of attorneys followed in 1990 and to the role of conveyancers a year later in 1991. During this time, areas of practise involved mainly litigation and some property work a decision was then taken to specialise specifically in Employment law and the Diploma, Labour Law was then completed at Rand Afrikaans University. This specialisation coincided with the implementation of the 1995 Labour Relations Act.
Over time the specialisation in Employment law has been tempered by increasing involvement in company and commercial law. Currently both areas of specialisation are a part of the practice at the firm’s Johannesburg (Saxonwold) office.
